Responsibilities

?\tArchitect, develop and test high performance scalable solutions for bioinformatics.

?\tDesign and implement new algorithms and schemes to leverage flash-based storage.

?\tDevelop tools to deploy and manage large distributed systems and to monitor and improve system efficiency.

?\tIntegrate and test user-facing features using front-end libraries.

?\tCollaborate with other teams to optimize solutions.

Basic Qualifications

?\tMinimum B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; M.S. a plus.

?\t3+ years of programming experience in C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python or similar programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

?\tExperience with industry or academic research in building large-scale distributed compute/storage systems.

?\tDomain knowledge in fault tolerance and data replication.

?\tGood understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing technologies.

?\tExperience in Golang and React.js is a plus.
